You agree NOT to:

• Misuse the System: Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Share Credentials: Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Access Unauthorized Data: Attempt to access information belonging to other users
• Interfere with Operations: Disrupt or interfere with the Application's functionality
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Fraudulent Activity: Provide false or misleading information
• Spam or Abuse: Send spam, malicious content, or abuse the communication features

5. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Healthcare providers using this Application agree to:

• Maintain appropriate professional licensing and credentials
• Use patient information solely for authorized healthcare purposes
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
• Respond appropriately to urgent patient requests and emergency situations
• Keep their professional information current and accurate

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy and the security of your health information are paramount. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Service Availability
